Betty and Barney Hill reported seeing a large craft with uniformed beings while driving on US Route 3. They experienced two hours of missing time. Under separate hypnosis sessions in 1964, both independently described being taken aboard and subjected to medical examinations. This became the archetypal alien abduction case.
